Terms of Sales
1. We do not accept refunds, although it varies case by case.
2. We do not accept exchanges, although it varies case by case.
3. We strongly recommend our customers to check all products for defects before leaving the store.
Warranty
1. For Kat Percussion electronic drums, it will be a 1 to 1 exchange on the next shipment within the warranty period.
2. For acoustic drums, if the products are found to have manufacturing defects upon receipt, we would either repair or replace it.
3. For TRX Cymbals, warranty applies if there is a genuine manufacturing defect within 1 year.
Shop
We do not allow food or drinks to be brought into our store. Customers are to bear responsibility for any products that are damaged by them.
We recommend our customers to use drumsticks provided by us to test the cymbals.
Kindly respect everybody in store or else service would not be provided.
