Terms of Sales
1. We do not accept refunds, although it varies case by case.
2. We do not accept exchanges, although it varies case by case.
3. We strongly recommend our customers to check all products before leaving the store for defects.
Warranty
1. For Kat Percussion Electronic Drums, it will be a 1 to 1 exchange on the next shipment within the warranty period.
2. For Acoustic Drums, if the products are found to defective due to a manufacturing defect upon receiving, we would either repair it or replace it.
3. For TRX Cymbals, warranty applies if there is a geniune manufacturing defect within 1 year.
Shop
We do not allow food or drinks in our store. Customer bears responsibility for any products that are damaged by them.
We recommend our Customers to use a stick provided by us to test the Cymbals.
Kindly respect everybody in store or else service would not be provided.
